“The room clean and had been upgraded. Bed was very comfortable. The only bad thing was some of the guest staying there looked to be long time guests and were not very courteous to people trying to sleep. Lots of loud visiting outside my door late at night. It's a shame as it would have been a perfect stay.”

“The breakfast gal was great. The breakfast was good. The front desk staff were pleasant. The common areas were clean.
But the housekeeping staff left something to be desired. We had to insist after 3 nights that the room be cleaned. They did the minimal. In the bathroom the soap dish wasn’t cleaned; the mirror wasn’t cleaned. The towels were just plopped down. The bed wasn’t made; the coffee pods were not replaced. No coffee cups were left. Either the staff is lazy and/or incompetent,……
