「Really nice spa and breakfast」

「First, on checking in, Expedia shows the hotel had 3 rooms of the type I booked, but hotel reception insisted they only had one. Later after booking, they showed us another one for us to stay. The air-conditioning is not working properly to cool the room. The room is not as big as shown on Expedia 486 sft or something. Maybe they included the area of the balcony. The hotel is very noisy. 「Propreté, service du personnel et emplacement」

Confusing information on the Expedia site about parking and breakfast (Expedia stated that breakfast was extra for a fee, while the staff said that they dod not charge extra because breakfast was already included in the room charge). We couldn’t checked in when we arrived because the responsible person was at dinner. There was no shower gel in the bathroom;...

「its a simple and great stay」
