Very nice house and location. Perfect seaview from the lovely garden.Quiet area and a short walk to the beaches. 10-15 min walk to great restaurants and the nice promenade. A friendly suggestion for improvements: Wifi should be included, as also should shower towels. Both are expected to be included for such a rental price. Otherwise a lovely vacation.

Very nice little house just in front of the sea. Although the garden is very small, the view is magnificent! Waking up and having breakfast with this view is unforgettable! Another plus is the situation, just 2 min walking from a nice beach. The house is clean and well kept. We were just 2 persons, but there are 2 bedrooms, so room for 4. The bed in the master bedroom is small, not more than 1,40. That was a bit tight, but we managed, so for people that are bigger, it might be a problem. During our stay we noticed the coffee maker was broken ( probably from the previous guests); we told to the owner and next day we had a new one. Thank you so much Mrs Josephina for arranging this so quickly. When we used the dishwasher for the first time, there was a power outage. We informed the owner and she sent an electrician the next day. The dishwasher was broken during our stay ( or probably before) but the owner said a new one will be bought after our leave. It did not bother us too much, as we mostly had breakfast in the house. The only small problem, i found it is a bit annoying to communicate with the cleaning lady ( she does the check in; check out also) but she speaks only Spanish. So if you do not speak Spanish, it is very difficult to understand each other. We speak English, French, Italian and Romanian. Unfortunately we do not speak Spanish. We communicated with Mrs Josefina ( the owner ) in French and in the end there were no problems. Thank you again Mrs Josefina for allowing us staying in your beautiful house. I hope to come back again.

Die Lage der Wohnung war super aber die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig denn es war schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen kein Hängematten kein Grill die Liegen sehr alt und repariert eine davon kaputt .Fast nie heisses Wasser zum Duschen.Für das Geld nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

La casa es grande y con una ubicación y vistas inmejorables, como estar en un barco completamente encima del mar. Lo único que tuvimos un problema de hormigas constante, aparecían por todos lados y era muy difícil eliminarlas ya que volvían a aparecer. Se lo comunicamos a Josefina, ya que no podía tratarse de un tema de suciedad o de dejar restos de comida porque fuimos super pulcros para precisamente evitarlas. Ella nos contestó enseguida y se iba a hacer cargo del asunto próximamente.

Wir haben 2 tolle Wochen in Altafulla verbracht und es war einfach alles super! Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet. Die Küche ist klein, bietet von der Einrichtung aber alles, was man braucht. Überragend ist natürlich die Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Mit diesem Blick jeden Tag zu frühstücken ist schon ganz besonders. Zu den Stränden ist es nicht weit und das Städtchen von Altafulla ist klein, aber fein. Hier ist alles noch sehr ursprünglich. Riesige Hotelbauten in der ersten Reihe sucht man hier vergebens. Check-in und -out waren völlig problemlos und es wurde zeitlich flexibel gestaltet. Josefina war schon im Vorfeld unserer Reise eine große Hilfe. Ich hatte mir leider kurz vor dem Urlaub den Fuß gebrochen und sie hat uns mit der Vermittlung eines Rollstuhlverleihs sehr geholfen. So konnten wir auch unter diesen Umständen den Urlaub sehr genießen. Vielen Dank! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schönes Ferienhaus in wunderbarer Lage und super Meerblick. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen ( zwei Paare Anfang 50) in diesem gut ausgestatten Haus. Alle notwendigen Geräte die den Aufenhalt erleichtern waren vorhanden, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner, Backofen, MiKrowelle (war leider defekt), Nesspresso-Maschine...... . Am Haus befindet sich ein überdachter Parkplatz, dieser liegt im Innenhof der Insgesamt 8 Reihenhäuser, das 2. Fahrzeug konnte Problemlos kostenlos in der Nähe geparkt werden. Den sehr schönen Meerblick haben wir die ganzen 14 Tage in vollen zügen genossen. Perfekt ist auch die Nähe (ca. 200m) zur kleinen Badebucht mit super Sandstrand (am Wochenende meist sehr voll) und zur Strandpromenade und dem langen Strand von Altafulla (ca. 750m). Die Übergabe und Abnahme des Ferienhauses war unkompliziert und wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Nochmal vielen Dank an Josefa und Candy!

Las fotografías responden fielmente al alojamiento y el proceso relacionado con la llegada fue positivo. Se produjo un pequeño problema con la calefacción que, no solo fue resuelto esa misma noche, sino que la propietaria estuvo totalmente pendiente de que así fuese y estuviésemos bien. Se ha dado la circunstancia de que durante la estancia hemos tenido un accidente domestico, afortunadamente no pasó nada grave y, la propietaria, atendió rápida, atenta y adecuadamente esta circunstancia indeseada para todos Se que hay algún mal comentario sobre esta casa que, en nuestra opinión, no se corresponde con la realidad. La casa esta genial y las fotos le hacen justicia. El punto geográfico en el que se encuentra es privilegiado. Recomendable para quienes deseis pasar unos días de tranquilidad con unas vistas inmejorables.

Quelle erreur de n'avoir réservé qu'une semaine. Maison magique, fraiche, bien entretenue, à 3 min à pieds de la plage. Parfait pour un séjour avec enfant. Coup de coeur pour la douche extérieure au dernier étage. Mme JOSEPHINA très à l'écoute et réponse de sa part en un clin d'oeil en cas de besoin. A recommander.

Das Haus ist super sauber hat eine unfassbar tolle Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer . Die Außendusche auf der Dachterrasse ist unschlagbar .Die Küche ist neuwertig und man hat alles was man benötigt.Zur Begrüßung steht sogar was erfrischendes im Kühlschrank. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin ist mehr als nur super .ich war aufgrund der Corona bedingten Situation doch sehr oft besorgt und habe ziemlich oft geschrieben und nachgefragt 😅trotzdem bin ich nie auf Unverständnis und Ablehnung gestoßen.Die Badebucht ist zu Fuß höchstens in 3 Minuten zu erreichen und ist malerisch . Wir kommen wieder und bedanken uns nochmal herzlich für diese tolle Zeit

el alojamiento está muy bien ubicado y las vistas son muy lindas. PERO Lo primero que nos sorprendió negativamente fue la mentira publicada en el anuncio de dejar 2 días como mínimo entre LAS ESTANCIAS de los inquilinos por higiene debido a la pandemia. El día de entrada, Candy la mujer que nos recibió nos comentó que los anteriores huéspedes se habían ido esa misma mañana, del mismo modo nos pidieron que en vez de realizar el check out a las 11hs (como indicaba el anuncio al momento de reservar y señar el alojamiento) nos fueramos a las 10 para tener más tiempo de limpieza ya que por la tarde llegaba otra gente..... No nos han dejado papel higiénico, jabón, bolsas de basura !! nada absolutamente de limpieza, solamente una escoba, una pala rota y un frasco con el polvo insecticida. LAS HORMIGAS APARECEN POR TODA LA PLANTA BAJA TODO EL TIEMPO, somos una familia muy limpia y ordenada, pero las hormigas están dentro de las tuberías de electricidad, aparecen por las teclas de luz, dentro del horno limpio, dentro del lavavajillas, las alacenas, el salón el baño.... los 2 toldos de la casa están en mal estado, uno roto con muy mal aspecto, El portón de entrada principal no funciona y el sumidero de la entrada al portal emana fuerte olor a cloaca. Lamentablemente la propietaria nunca nos atendió el teléfono para aclarar ciertos asuntos, como acusarnos de cosas totalmente falsas, esperamos su llamado Josefina !!!

Die Lage und der Blick von der Terasse sind einfach traumhaft. Die Küche ist neu, an die kleinen Ameisen, die immer mal wieder versuchen, eine Straße zu bauen, gewöhnt man sich bald.

Das Haus liegt direkt am Meer. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Insbesondere die Terasse mit dem schönen Olivenbaum mit Blick aufs Meer. In 3 Minuten ist man zu Fuss in einer tollen Strandbucht. Zum Hauptstrand ca. 10 Min. Wenn wir in der Gegend wieder Urlaub machen, würden wir dieses Haus wieder buchen.
