「The room was amazing! It was spacious, comfortable, clean, new, open plan and just a beautifully designed room. The service was second to none... nothing was too much to ask of them and want to give a special mention to Lorenzo & Martina. They were always on hand to help with anything we needed! Location couldn't be more perfect also... it was in the heart of the old town and everything was easiliy accessable. When returning to Verona, I'll be staying at Homy Livia again! 」

「We arrived after the reception hours but the check in was clear amd easy. They provided detailed instruction for check in and entering room. The room was clean amd comfortable. The hotel is in a great location with easy walking to local sights,restaurants and shops. The closest parking is about a 7 minute walk.」

「Don’t be fooled by the pretty pictures. The lobby is dated and tired. At peak check-in hours, there is a long line and only one reception staff. Breakfast is included in the steep price but you may as well skip it unless you enjoy unkempt tables, overcrowding and terrible coffee from a machine (and this is Italy). 」
