“Asked for non smoking and booked non smoking and only to get there and they have smoking only available. Felt very unsafe also with the properties.”

“Front desk staff was nice and helpful. However the bed was extremely uncomfortable and the room felt dirty. There was constant loud noise I. Our hall way and there was never anything done by staff to help reduce the noise. Room was either extremely cold or hot. If AC was on it was really cold and if it wasn’t on then it was really hot. Only stayed to catch an early flight and it was hard to even get 5 hours of sleep with the comfort of the bed.”

“- The entrance to the room was not clean and had a weird smell. (smoking) - The room was not clean and some food from the previous visitors i guess. Sheets had visible stains. - Saw some roaches/bugs. - The bathroom did not have a shower curtain. - I was not provided any towels. - The phone did not work. I called the reception to request towels, shower curtain they said they will inform house keeping but no one showed up the entire evening. I had to call again the next morning. I was asked to……

“This property is a nightmare of dated motels. There was literally nothing clean or positive about this place except I applaud the staff for their amazing positive and helpful service.”
