“We stayed in the Garden Cottage for a week and cannot recommend it for longer stays. While the property manager responded to our texts and generally sent maintenance within 24 hours, the property suffers from poor upkeep and temporary fixes. Our issues started at check-in when our entry code failed, and no one answered the phone, forcing us to communicate solely via text. Upon entry, the unit smelled strongly of marijuana, the bedroom closet door was broken, and a ceiling fan blade was hanging……

“Maybe I just excepted more but if I wanted comb webs I could have just stayed home”

“the beach house was very clean and comfortable. I did experience some confusion on how to contact the host because the code we received didn't work and we had to get another code.We really enjoyed walking out the door wall onto the beach every morning.we enjoyed shopping in Tawas is just south of Oscoda. We are looking forward to returning in the near future”

“Wonderful location very impressed with cabin”

That was about all we were able to enjoy… the place was very dirty, dishes weren’t clean, throw blankets were not washed and had awful smells. Shower was small with no soap, shampoo, etc. There were SO many bugs both outside and inside, which I’m sure is just a seasonal May thing and not the property owner’s fault. However, there were……
