“Location is so good! It only take around 10 mins to go Old Town by foot.However, the facility inside the room is worn. The shower door couldn’t close properly. And the bathroom light was flashing. The room is clean but will be glad if daily cleaning service can be provided. Room is suspicious with basic equipments. And the room’s sound proof is soso. You can hear people’s voice from other room easily.”

“The apartment is stunning and finished to a very high standard. It included essentials like hairdryer, iron, umbrella, shampoo and body wash. They had even left dishwasher and washing machine tablets .The freezer door needs adjusting as it cannot be opened with the location on the fridge door. “This property was in a great location for both the old town and the Jewish quarter. There are plenty of small supermarkets and cafes nearby. We travelled to both Auschwitz and Zakopane with pick up points close by. The reception being open was unpredictable and we did not try any breakfasts. Communication with the property through Expedia was quite slow. Bolt/uber are cheaper than there airport shuttle service. There is a train station 3 minutes walk away that is not the main onevbut is on……

“Pros: with air-con, washing machine, microwave & hob. Round the corner from the main station (5 mins), walkable to old town (10 mins), tram stations are 5 mins walk. A 24-hour Carrifour Express nearby. Cons: Top floor without any side window, ceiling is very low and hit our head, space is very limited due to the irregular ceiling, totally different from the pics shown (like half size only). Didn't know it's located on the top when booking this room, spent all energy to move up the 2 big……
