The cottage is the ideal starting point for numerous hiking and mountain biking trails. Located on the route to Castelnaudary and Toulouse, less than an hour’s drive away. The Canal du Midi, the “Village du Livre” in Montolieu, the Cité de Carcassonne, and more… —all sites you can explore in the surrounding area. A body of water and swimming at the Saint-Ferréol reservoir, 35 minutes away. Shaded private parking. The cottage features, on the first floor, a living room, dining room, and kitchen opening onto the terrace. Half-bath. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms, one with a skylight, 2 160-cm beds, and 4 80-cm beds. 2 separate bathrooms. 1 separate toilet. Heating fee: 7€/day from October to April.
