“Polite staff. Clean and well kept facility”

“Woke up with multiple bites all over body and shower was absolutely not cleaned . There was no soap in pumper shampoo bottle. This is an upscale trying to be luxury hotel. The valet driver was stoned out of his mind. Only reason I gave 2 star was restaurant was actually really good. After seeing Amarillo this is better then most any other hotel around . Just be prepared for bug bites.”

“Excellent value on a nice property <5 years old. Staff were exceptional and room was very spacious and comfortable. Pet friendly and open areas for our dog to roam. Fast food and coffee amenities nearby and other restaurant/shopping choices within a few minute drive. Would definitely stay again.”

She requires some mobility accommodations, and I ordered an accessible room. Check-in was super easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was right off the lobby, which made it very easy to get her settled. “When you booked it third party, they overbooked and tell not sure why it’s letting you booked but we have no rooms and there’s nothing we can do. Refund takes forever to get one because the third party thinks your checked in and your not and you end up sleeping in your car.”

“First off, booked room was not ready when it was supposed to be... they did not have a cleaning crew on duty to clean our already paid for room. Front staff did what they could to get us a room after a 1000 mi trip. They ended up providing us 2 queens and not the king bed which is fine. Going to the assigned new room there was broken furniture in the halls on the second floor the whole time we were there.
