Staff (young man) greeted me outside and asked if I needed help with luggage, and I responded yes please. He brought a rack for my luggage, and asked if I wanted Valet parking. I responded no I’d self park. He then walked away, and did not help me with my luggage as he had asked prior. He was standing in lobby why I struggled pushing the cart in. We had a room for 6, and only 3 towels, and front desk made us co d back down to get them. I was told no staff to bring it, but the young man that didn’t help me was standing around..
