House comes up 3 bed 2 bath.Only has one bath .Hot water wouldnt get past warm.After working 12 hours in the cold to come home to a luke warm shower was miserable .other than that i was ok

This house is a nice place to stay if used for sleep and the large backyard, but the kitchen is unusable and the house was not properly stocked. On Christmas Eve we ran out of toilet paper after using the one roll that was there and had to replace it. The small toiletry samples provided were 3 body lotion bottles and conditioner that felt and smelled like lotion. We're normally flexible people, things happen and we're human, but if we need to bring supplies please tell us in advance so we can plan ahead, especially during a holiday. We didn't want to bother the property manager with stocking toilet paper or paper towels (no paper towels were stocked either) during Christmas family time. We did message about the Wifi information since it wasn't readily available and she was very prompt with her reply, but I didn't want to take her away from family for stocking toiletries. The stove and microwave also did not have any power, so we had to go to the other rental house to heat up left overs. The fridge worked thankfully, but otherwise the kitchen is nonfunctioning. The sprinklers were also on so long that the backyard flooded at the steps and the entire yard was muddy. The extra linens that the home owners mentioned were stuffed unfolded into the hallway drawers and the spare towels had holes in them/we're old and ratty. Going back to the pros of this house, it was very nicely decorated with comfortable beds and TVs in every room. We felt safe and had great sleep each night.

The brick house with a driveway that is shown in the listing’s photos doesnt match the house that I arrived to once they provided the address. I booked a 3 week stay here, I arrived Sunday 11/30 around 9:00 pm, I drove fromNashville and had attempted to contact the host multiple time leading up to my arrival. I never received a response from the host with check/in info. The house I showed up to has blue wood siding, no driveway, broken panes of glass in the windows, and the home as occupied by someone.When I called VRBO support (they were the only silver lining to this crap show), they couldn’t get the host to answer or respond either.
