- Private studio apartment in historic district. Centrally located near I-40, 5 minutes to the downtown area and 10 minutes from the Airport. Memorial Park is a half block away complete with playground and splash pad for kids or just a nice walk for you and your pet. A complete kitchen is offered if you plan to cook. Private parking right outside the door. Easy access to the shops on Rte. 66 and a short drive to Palo Duro Canyon. Restaurants and grocery stores ten minutes away.
