“We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights before going for a 3D2N Amazon jungle trip. The stay was pleasant as the room was spacious and comfortable with sight of the Theatre House which was in close vicinity. The staff was helpful and nice to settle our queries and problem encountered. The breakfast was ample and tasty. With its central location, it was very convenient to stroll around for sight-seeing and dining. ”

“Reservei o hotel faltando poucos dias para a viagem e observando as fotos achei o quarto executivo bem funcional. Com a chegada no quarto vi pessoalmente que tudo estava nos conformes: cama com lençóis limpos, banheiro com água quente, e ar-condicionado em perfeitas condições. Café da manhã modesto mas com o básico e suficiente: pão francês novinho, pão de forma, queijo, presunto, ovos fritos, café, suco, frutas. Devem melhorar na organização e apresentação dos itens. “Staff impecável, ofereceram empatia, agilidade e gentileza. Café da manhã é padrão da rede Íbis, mas habilmente preparado. Quarto com bom tamanho, com cama confortável e chuveiro com ducha forte, o que proporciona um bom banho, no final do dia. Minha única ressalva é referente ao valor da diária, pois excede muito à média dos hotéis brasileiros com o mesmo perfil. ”

“Hotel itself is nice. There is construction going on all around it that takes away from the immediate beauty of the surroundings. Pool is great, views are amazing of the Amazon River and beach. The neighborhood is the ritziest in Manaus and very safe to walk or jog in day or night. WiFi for the first time (I have stayed here a dozen times) was slow to non-operational. Key card would not work and had to be reprogrammed 3 days out of the 5 I stayed there. I would definitely return!”

“The staff was AMAZING, they were so helpful when we had to unexpectedly jet back to Lima for the PCR test that was unavailable in Iquitos. They somehow hustled up our laundry, washed and folded ( which I was preparing to abandon) even as we flew out the door for the airport. Too bad we could not have stayed longer. ”
