「Cute and cozy and clean! We traveled from Topsail Island, NC for a family wedding in Sparta. Our dog loved it too! The host greeted us after the wedding and had a fire going for us to relax under the stars. The local diner for breakfast was great as well as the State Park for a hike. Wish we had more time....」

「House 1 flight down from street level. Outdoor deck is a flight of stairs down (wary if you have little kids)Kayaks another 4 more flights down. didnt use them, but looked fun. Jetty quite high to launch kayaks.House was clean, uncluttered and modernly furnished. Communication was excellent, and owner let us stay extra 1.5 hrs.」

「The house was very modern and clean. We appreciated the “extras” in the bathrooms and kitchen. The location is urban so guests should expect some street noise. However, the neighborhood felt safe and the home has its own designated parking. The host was also easy to communicate with. Overall, a very pleasant stay. 」

「The place was nice, owner was very good in correspondence and addressing any need. Walkable to a little market, Family Dollar and pizza shop. Close to Crayola Factory (5 to 7 mins), close to downtown Easton and many other little places.」

「We stayed here for 16 days in May 2025. We live locally, but we needed a place to stay while contractors repaired flood damage in our home. With everything going on at our own house, our nerves were pretty fried. Given our frazzled state, words fail to describe my gratitude for being able to stay at this home. The house is immaculate and extremely well-maintained. The gardens defy description. There were two acres of fenced-in yard for our dogs. The home and garden have several beautiful places...

「The property was gorgeous, had plenty of room, and was very cozy. We cooked some great meals using the well equipped barbecue and kitchen, enjoyed the scenery, and made good use of the ping pong table and poker set. The check in and out process was seamless. 10/10」

「Nice view, saw a few foxes, and heard bird songs every morning. Comfortable 4 poster bed, comfortable seating in living room.Nice patio in back. More cabin than cottage with resident spiders and ants. Well water is a treat, but water pressure is poor while pool next door is being filled. Access to Round Valley is not as easy as it looks in the picture. I got lost on the way back, so mark your path. Owner promised to deep clean, so give it a try, but check the oven when you get there. 「The house was as shown in pictures. Very clean, and organized. We booked for 2 nights, however because of a flight cancellation, we ended staying only on e night. 」

「Easy check in, Owner welcomed us via text message. Entering the house seeing it was spotless! Well appointed everything you need. Beautiful surroundings, Delaware river view from living room, relaxing front yard sitting area watching the river. Great places to eat within minutes nearby. People in area very friendly. Great coffee and breakfast around the corner walking distance, Homestead Coffee Roasters. on the canal path take walk after breakfast. Also eat at The Narrows and The Gulch Tavern....

「My family had a great stay here. It's a very unique and artful space. It worked great for six of us varying in age ranges with 2 adults and 4 kids. The Salvage Sip Cafe just up Main Street has great coffee and some breakfast items like croissants, bagels, and muffins. We're in this area somewhat regularly and would definitely stay here again. :-)」
