A real family venue
The house was gorgeous. We would have liked air conditioning in the bedrooms. It is in a room not needed or used. The garden furniture was a bit dodgy in places. However we loved our stay.

Relaxing getaway in the Umbrian countryside.
Great location and lovey pool. We enjoyed the small hillside villages nearby and had a wonderful time cooking and eating as a family between our swims in the pool. Grill is charcoal so make sure to come prepared with briquettes and matches. Also, the air conditioning struggles to keep the rooms cool when temperatures are abnormally hot. Owner and caretaker quickly got some fans to the property and it made the stay comfortable. COOP is a short drive from the property for grocery needs.

magnifique villa
Très bel endroit au calme où l'on peut se détendre et passer de bons moments. Particulièrement bien située et proche de la ville. Maison très bien équipée en vaisselle et tout autre appareil. les pièces de la maison sont belles en superficie et tout est fonctionnel. L'entretien en général est irréprochable. Accueil très chaleureux par le personnel fort sympathique. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Erholsame und schöne Tage in Amelia
Wir hatten mit zwei Familien, vier Erwachsene & vier Mädchen und einem Hund eine tolle Zeit im Haus, im Garten und am Pool. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer und der vor-Ort-Betreuung klappte bestens! Ein- und Auschecken zur vereinbarten Zeit passte jeweils auf die Minute. Pool und Außendusche wurden gerne genutzt, Klimaanlage brauchten wir Ende August/Anfang September trotz 30 Grad nicht mehr, es hatte auch viel Wind… Und Amelia ist ein wunderschönes Städtchen! Das Haus hat eine gute zentrale Lage für viele schöne Ausflüge (Meer, Cascata della Marmore, Orvieto und immer wieder Amelia ;-) Das WLAN reichte ebenfalls für alle Nutzer.

Traumhafter Familienurlaub in Amelia
Wir haben 14 traumhafte Tage in Amelia verbracht und das Wetter hat optimal mitgespielt. Bereits die Ankunft war exakt geplant. 1 Stunde bevor wir das wunderschöne Haus erreicht haben, haben wir einen Anruf von Eka bekommen, die uns dann im Haus willkommen geheißen und uns mit allen Informationen versorgt hat. Unsere Gruppe bestand aus 6-7 Erwachsenen im Alter von 36-74 Jahren (zwischendurch war ein Wechsel) und 3 Kindern, 5 Monate, 3 und 5 Jahre alt. Wir haben in Christians Haus nichts vermisst, 4 ausreichend große Doppelzimmer zum Teil mit Zustellbett und 3 Badezimmer boten uns genügend Platz. 2 Küchen, jeweils 1 in jeder Etage lassen auch umfangreiche Menues zu, wobei wir nur die untere Küche wirklich genutzt haben. Lediglich beide Kühlschränke mit Gefrierbereich waren für uns notwendig. Die Austattung mit Geschirr, ausreichend scharfen Messer (nicht unbedingt das, was man in Ferienhäusern erwarten kann. Darum bringe ich immer 3 Messer mit) und Küchengeräten ist umfangreich, lediglich ein Schneebesen fehlt. Alles funktionierte: Duschen, Warmwasser, elektrische Geräte, Gasherd und auch der Holzkohle-Webergrill... Der Pool war sehr gepflegt und wurde wöchentlich gereinigt. Die Gartendusche hatte sogar warmens Wasser. Kinderspielzeug war mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Also rund um ein gelungener Familienurlaub bis auf die Tatsache, dass Tony der Hund meiner Schwester alle Luftmatrazen und Schwimmringe innerhalb von 2 Minuten zerstört hat. Restaurantempfehlung in der Nähe "Il Podere San Guiseppe", ca. 3,5 km Richtung Giove. Anfahrt leider auch über eine ca. 0,8 km lange Schotterstraße. Einkaufen beim COOP in Amelia. Rainer Steinberg

Luxuriöse Villa zum Entspannen und zur Erkundung Umbriens
Wir verbrachten mit 7 Personen (6 Erwachsene, ein Teenager) und einem Hund zwei wundervolle Wochen in der "Villa Daddy" Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur, mit Christian (Eigentümer) und Eka (Hausverwalterin) lief reibungslos und sehr angenehm. Über Mobile und Whatsapp konnten wir die ganze Zeit Kontakt aufnehmen. Eka führte bei der Ankunft uns durchs Haus und erklärte alles Wichtige. Die Villa verfügt über ein großzügiges Raumangebot auf zweieinhalb Etagen. Die Zimmer im Souterrain (aufgrund der Hanglage zum Garten hin gehts auf die Terrasse) sind etwas funktionaler eingerichtet. Hier finden 4 Personen in zwei Doppelzimmern Platz, zzgl. einem Bad. Im Erdgeschoß, das aus Gartensicht schon das OG darstellt, befinden sich zwei weitere schöne Doppelzimmer mit zwei Bäder (eins davon en-suite). Zwei weitere Schlafplätze befinden sich auf der Empore, so dass insgesamt 10 Pers. ohne Probleme Platz finden. Mit Zustellbetten schafft man noch Schlafplatz für Kinder, zudem kann noch ein Schlafsofa umfunktioniert werden. 15 Personen sind damit abbildbar, aber wenig komfortabel, insbesondere bei drei Bädern. Auf beiden Etagen befinden sich Küchen inkl. aller wichtiger Gerätschaften (große Kühlschränke, Gefrierfächer, Kochfelder etc.). Die Küchenausstattung (Geschirr, Töpfe) war für uns nicht ganz durchschaubar. Im Laufe der Zeit haben wir die Sachen für uns so sortiert, dass alles passte. Gekocht wurde oben, gegessen sowieso immer draußen. Dort befindet sich eine große Terrasse vor dem Haus, die bis zum Mittag gut beschattet ist. Wer darüber hinaus verschattet sitzen möchte, kann sich auf die Terrassse auf der oberen Etage zurückziehen. Auch hier kann man mit mind. 10 Personen essen. Ein weiterer verschatteter Sitzplatz (inkl. Tisch und Monoblockstühlen) befindet sich unten am Pool (ca. 4 x 10). Der Pool ist zweifellos eins der Highlights der Villa. Uns bot er in ca. 20 m Entfernung vom Haus aufgrund der Temperaturen um die 40 °C Abkühlung und Entspannung. Auch die Klimaanlage leistete ihren Dienst und hielt das Haus trotz hoher Außentemperaturen schön kühl. Das Haus liegt an einer wenig befahrenen Schotterstraße etwas abseits. Nachbarn gibt es wenige, lediglich das Hundegebell in der Nähe und der samstägliche Pool-Service verweisen darauf, dass man nicht ganz alleine ist. In Amelia ist man in etwa 3km u.a. zum Einkaufen. Das Umland erkundet man mit dem Auto (Orvieto, Assisi etc.), Rom mit dem Zug von Orte Scalo in 45 Minuten. Rundum empfehlenswert!

Schitterende villa
Het huis is echt super! Wij verbleven hier met ons gezin van vier maar je kan hier met veel meer personen verblijven. Er zijn 4 ruime slaapkamers, twee badkamers en twee leefruimtes met allebei een keuken. Devilla is voorzien van alle modern comfort en beschikt over een goede airconditioning. Buiten heb je wel 4 terassen voor lunch en diner of om gewoon te chillen waarvan eentje aan het fantastische zwembad. 's Avonds is de tuin mooi verlicht. Amelia ligt wat afgelegen maar je vindt wel enkele supermarkten en typisch Italiaanse restaurants vlakbij. De eigenaar van het huis is vlot toegankelijk en helpt werkelijk bij alles, zelfs het plannen van onze daguitstap naar Rome. Superdeluxe vakantieplek!

Wunderschöne Lage
Dieses Haus liegt wunderschön in der Nähe von Amelia mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ausserdem gibt es vieles Sehenswürdiges, das man in kurzer Zeit erreichen kann. Das Haus selbst liegt in einer ruhigen Lage, wo man ganz ungestört im Haus sein und am Pool liegen kann. Alles hat bestens funktioniert. Empfehlenswert.
