We stay at country Inn and suites all over United States and this one was not up to the country Inn and suite standards that we are used to not as well maintain not as clean not as well staffed asked for handicapped room did not get one we were able to make it work, but it was not what we wanted We booked out well in advance like six weeks just saying we are a little disappointed in this one.

First the hotel has a horrible gas smell! Second the hotel if very run down, stains on the floors, ceiling falling down, floor uneven. The gym has equipment that doesn’t work.

Outside Building siding is dangling in some parts. Carpet needs replaced. King suite had no hvac control unit. Stayed two nights, both mornings for breakfast was bad experience cause no one kept the it stocked and was out of alot of stuff. Staff was nice and friendly. The pool and hot tub was relaxing to enjoy.

They were very shortstaffed. The breakfast was not refilled properly. Many times the front desk was not attended and you’d ring the Bell and no one would show up.

The pool area was not clean at any point. I know customers are mess but this was bad paint off the hot tub floating in the hot tub and pool, towels laying all over the floor and tables, the bathroom had several towels on the floor. Trash by the from desk was full and falling on the floor. We had a suite and the air conditioner was not powerful enough to cool the sitting area.

The first night of our stay the ac would not turn on. We arrived late and decided to wait until the next day to let the desk know. When we told them about the issue, they were amazing. They came up right away to take a look. Within 20 minutes they had an entire new unit installed and running for us. The female manager also came up to the room with the male maitenancr worker to make us feel comfortable as it was a group of young women staying in the room.

It was a run down hotel that is in great need of updates. The carpets are stained, the floor creeks when you walk on it and there was no temp control in the king suites. Only good thing about breakfast was the waffle maker.
