「Stays at Raffles was a truly beyond expectation experiences. All staffs are friendly and well trained. The hotel location is definitely a point up. The hotel manager also held a cocktail evening, a perfect chance for us to meet all the management group and had a chance to talk with other hotel guests.」

「Wir waren für 5 Nächte in dem Hotel und es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und am Ende des Tages noch kurz in den Pool zu hüpfen war super. Sehr nettes Personal. Im Meer vor dem Hotel kann man nicht baden, das wussten wir aber vorher und fanden es nicht schlimm. Einzig ein Mülleimer im Zimmer, abgesehen von dem kleinen Badmülleimer, wäre wünschenswert gewesen. Wir würden wieder kommen 」

「Das Hotel liegt sehr abgelegen von allen wunderschönen Strände auf Praslin, daher nur mit einem Mietwagen nützlich. Die Parkplätze sind sehr begrenzt, sodass wenn man Pech hat sozusagen in der Unterkunft festsitzt und gar nicht rauskommt, da man zugeparkt wurde. Die Straße zum Hotel ist eine Einbahnstraße und am Ende kann man nicht wenden. Das Zimmer an sich war sauber, allerdings wurde von unseren 4 Nächten nicht einmal die Tücher gewechselt. Das Personal läuft ebenfalls rum, als hätten sie gar...

「The hotel is located at isolated place which make it perfect for holiday. the best time there is when I was in the pool watching the sunset. The staff is kind and helpful, but the manager keep saying weird Chinese to us, and the wifi definitely need improved.」

「The room was boiling hot and wouldn’t let us keep the AC on. Bed was terribly firm, felt like sleeping on a wood board. Ants got into all of our food and medicine. Neighbors were loud and you could hear them walking above and next door. WiFi/tv was not working. 」

「Close to beach, the hotel is artistically tasteful. But the WiFi reception is really bad. You need a voucher to access the wifi and the voucher code gets invalid easily. I asked at least 4 vouchers. Also for the superior room, you are sharing your balcony with your neighbors. They only use a small bamboo partition to divide. This poses potential security risk. We never used our balcony for the entire time because our neighbors are always there. 」

「+les équipements disponibles (cuisine tout équipé, sèche-cheveux, lampe torche..) +Possibilité d'aller avec une carte d'accès gratuite à Grand Anse et Anse Georgette (2 superbes plages) -pas grand chose dans les environs si vous n'avez pas de voiture (le seul et unique resto est à 15min, la 1er plage à un bon 20min) -rapport qualité prix moyen -la petite plage privée mériterait d'être nettoyé des petites algues et branches qui traînent」

「lots of facilities were not work after check in. I was told the massage bathtub was not in serve, what a pity! My wife was attracted at first view by the photo of bathtub they showed online, that’s the reason why we booked this suite. It’s not the worst case, later I found the electrical heater was broken and also the door could not be locked. We were waked up by the sudden loud noise from air-condition in midnight. It’s a terrible experience in the first night; I got up and complained to...

「Excellent guest care and a gorgeous location. Rooms are large and well-appointed with good A/C. Beach is lovely and many options for dining right along the shore, even a couple on the sand. Food and services are expensive but not unexpected for a remote location. 」
