“Room key card does not work. Ring the reception green bell. No one on duty. Automaticaly forward to voice mail.waiting for 3 hours. Cannot get in touch somebody. Move one night to other hotel. No compensation. Terribly bad service. Never stay this hotel. ”

“The staff are very friendly. The room was cleaned daily. Very very comfortable bed. Nice view from the balcony. The only issues we had were a noisy fan in the bathroom that couldn’t be turned off and the shower curtain was mouldy at the bottom and looked yucky.”

“Well located but pricey for what it offered.
Managed by local real estate office who gave unhelpful advice like BYO toilet paper, teabags and salt and pepper- all these were in fact provided but added to unnecessary costs and hassles in terms of what we needed to bring to the island.”
