This review will address wifi speeds, customer service, and overall satisfaction from my two week stay. The first week was in room 417 (single king bed room) and the second week was in room 104 (single king bed executive suite). The Positives of the hotel is the staff is friendly and helpful for the most part. The rooms are clean yet the furniture could use some updating. My first week in room 417 was overall wonderful. The wifi was super fast, I barley interacted with staff outside the check in process and the room cleaner but both those people were great. I will say the out of my two week stay, I only utilized the free breakfast buffet once. The options were decent, but I had a weird interaction with a male cook at the omelette station where I gave him my omelette order and the ingredients I wanted, I went and sat at my table for about 5 minutes, came back and he looked at me as if we were speaking for the first time and he was like "ah yes, ok I will start making your omelette now (even though there was nobody else having an omelette made). Bizzare. My major complaint is my experience in room 417 during my second week. The wifi connection was absolutely horrible. I had 3 devices, an android phone, an iPhone, and a tablet and the wifi would frequently stop working or become super slow on all of them. I informed the front desk the first night in the room and they told me the engineer would look into it. The second day same problem, the third day same problem. Now I have 4 d

Negative Experience with Security Staff

The place in general is good, but I did not feel comfortable. The security people treat people like criminals. They always ask about personal things and ask to see the contents of your bags, even when you leave. This situation was very disturbing to me. Before I stayed, I noticed many comments talked about the same problem, and I didn't believe them. But after staying, I understood their feelings. Next time, I will not stay in this hotel.
