Very nice hotel. The view from the top floor is very nice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Recommend location because so charming with the canal and the nearby outdoor cafes. Very nice!

The hotel and staff were great - everything looks like new and is spotlessly clean. The rooms we had were on the 6th floor overlooking the canal, so we had wonderful views. I know it is common now in hotels, but personally I prefer a wardrobe and drawers to a hanging rail and shelves. (Though I guess it cuts the costs of furnishing rooms and means that I am less likely to leave stuff behind when I leave, which is no bad thing.)
