Rooms are very small but very comfortable Bath towels are included but need to take own hand towels To get to the centre can get the metro or ferry Staff friendly Not much to do around the area so need to travel to the city / more busy areas There is a cafe there but did not eat so can’t comment Would come back, was perfect for us two!😊

My stay was fantastic from start to finish! The entire hotel was impeccably clean, and my room felt spotless and fresh the moment we walked in. What truly made the experience exceptional, however, was the staff. Every single team member I interacted with—from the front desk during a smooth check-in to the housekeeping crew—was warm, professional, and genuinely eager to help. I couldn’t have asked for better service and will definitely return!"

We had the best stay. Staff are amazing, the rooms fresh and bathrooms awesome. Had to play a bit of tetris to move around with 2adults with large suitcases. But that's about the only thing I could fault. Oh and the food....yu.mmm

The only reason I would not give this a full five star review was the price. (We paid €165) It’s a very small room (for some people that would be a turn-off) but very well-designed and an efficient use of the limited space with many thoughtful touches that made our stay easier and more comfortable. Excellent bed. Great shower. Easy access and located in an obviously up and coming neighborhood. Many cool cafes along the 26-minute walk from the ferry.

Self serve electronic entry. Staff on premise but they want you to manage the app on your own. Room was so small that one of us had to stand on the bed when the other had to get into a suitcase. Air conditioning malfunctioned throughout the first night however it was reset in the next morning for the next night. Staff were pleasant. Premise clean.

Drove past as we didn't recognise it ( thought it was bigger)Booking in was a bit of a faff as I hadn't had the booking in email ,staff soon sorted it thought & helped me log in.assigned room 21 ground floor.Private bathroom in every room. It was small but perfectly formed.Adequate for us as we're small people.Not a lot of storage for bikers gear 2 drawers in the bed end, Our bike jackets were soaked so had to leave them in cafe are on the coat rack for 2 days to dry.Staff lovely food great all in all was a great find & would use again.Lovely find

Friendly staff, happy to help with check in (done online at hotel). Room/corridor key is via the app on your phone. Even though I knew the room was small it was still a surprise when I opened he door. Having said that it was perfecty fine for 2 days as I didn't need to unpack before moving on to Rotterdam. Good size bathroom considering size of bedroom. Easy to get to Poppies from Centraal Station (bus 391, get off at Mosplein then a 2 minute walk). If you wanted to walk from NDSM Werf then you can get the free ferry from Centraal. Hotel is not in the prettiest of surroundings but it's a relatively short walk to NDSM werf, Straat Museum etc. so was convenient for my needs. Would stay here again for 1 or 2 nights.

Tiny room with a massive shower. Very comfortable bed and the room was both modern and clean. Extremely small space (you climb onto the bed from the bottom only and there is enough space for the door tomorrow and you need to move around it to enter) so more recommended for solo travellers. Location not central but easy enough to get to central within 30min walking and using ferry.

I was worried about my windowless room but it was surprisingly undepressing. Staff were great. Cafe was great, although they were about to change the food menu so i can’t vouch for it now. Location is pretty walkable, but it depends on what you want to be close to. I loved that there were bikes for rent right at the hotel.
