接駁車非常不便利, 前台職員友善程度差異很大! 我有遇到非常好的職員 但也遇到非常糟糕的職員 當我搭不到接駁車我嘗試打電話到飯店 飯店櫃檯小姐 她不斷掛斷我的電話 因為他們在機場的接駁車搭車指示非常不清楚 司機也不友善 要注意有二家RAMADA 連司機都說不清楚自己是哪一家 這是我非常不好經驗的部分! 其他整理來說 還不錯 但當你需要拖著行李遇到這些事 就是能免則免了 祝大家旅途平安

I recently stayed at the Ramada hotel near the airport and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The room I was given had multiple cleanliness issues, including hair all over the sheets and mold growing out of the exhaust fan in the bathroom. Additionally, the air conditioning units were not functioning properly, making the room uncomfortable, and to top it off, the sink backed up as soon as I turned on the water. The staff were overall nice, and check-in was easy; I was able to check in smoothly.

We always stay here when we're in Amsterdam. It's affordable and has easy access to public transportation. We've travelled to other parts of the Netherlands from here; it's our home base. Great staff and the dining room offers a good breakfast and dinner buffet, as well as a dinner a la carte menu. The staff is bilingual.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind auch gut, von der Sauberkeit her vollkommen in Ordnung. Wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist, ist die Lage sehr gut. Rundherum kann man kostenlos parken. Das Hotel hat auch einen eigenen Parkplatz, das kostet aber. Wir haben Frühstück für 15 € pro Tag dazu gebucht und das ist auch gut. Man ist zwar in der Nähe vom Flughafen, nimmt man aber überhaupt nicht wahr, es ist sehr ruhig hier.

There doesn't seem to AC in the rooms, there was a panel but it didn't do anything. There's a giant gap below the doors which means you hear everything in the hall. However the bed was nice, room was clean and staff great. The 24/7 shop in the lobby was nice too but very expensive.

We should have been allowed to unload our luggage in front of building not drag from parking lot. The handicap ramp should be by the front steps, not where we could not see it. There should have been a refrigerator and microwave in room.

We booked not knowing what to expect. It was too far from city center, our fault. No fridge in room as we had experienced everywhere else we traveled. Nice rebate for not having the room cleaned everyday.

This property is outdated, and, despite the name, not all that close to the airport. They offer a shuttle, but you have to pay for it. The rooms were extremely hot, which made it difficult to get a good rest. Next time, I will just stay at the Sheraton or the Hilton and avoid having to pay for a shuttle.

The staff are very polite and helpful and always seemed to be smiling. I stayed with my 5 yr old granddaughterand everyone was very kind and attentive towards her/us. The facilities /swimming pool was great and much needed after a long day walking. We used the hotel transport everyday and had no issues. We had an awesome comfy kingsize bed in a clean room with coffee and tea making facilities. The bathroom had a bath with overshower which for us was fine. The only negative is the price of breakfast for a 5 yr old, it is the same as an adults which is a mega expensive bowl of cereal and a glass of juice. If I come back I will stay here again.
