“The room look nice and simple, not too fancy but feel comfortable to stay. Furniture is mostly wood so the space feel warm and a bit traditional, I like that style. Everything look clean and ok, nothing special but no problem also. Bathroom is a good point, very clean and smell fresh, this is important for me so I feel quite satisfied. Location is also good, in Old Quarter area so it easy to go around, eat and walk to many place. Overall it a decent place to stay, worth the price and suitable……

“I stayed at this hotel in Old Quarter, Hanoi for 3 nights and I have to say…it was really nice but also kinda funny in some ways. First, the location is absolutly PERFECT. You step out the door and boom — hundreds of street food places, little shops, scooters whizzing around like bees. You can hear the city livin’ its best life even at 6am. I never got bored, and even late at night the streets feel safe-ish. It’s maybe a little loud sometimes, but that’s Hanoi, right? The room was cuter than I……

“I stayed here for a few nights during my trip to Hanoi and overall it was a good experience for the price. The biggest plus is definitely the location — right in the Old Quarter, so it’s super easy to walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, restaurants, cafés, and pretty much everything. The room wasn’t very big, but it was clean, tidy, and had all the basic amenities I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, always quick to assist whenever I had questions. One small downside is that it can be a bit noisy……

“This hotel is worth 2.5 stars at most. Our generous evaluation is 4/10. 1- Reception desk did not have my reservation already paid with Hotels.com. They had to take picture (with their phone) of files in my phone. They had rooms available so they asked that I pay upfront. I insisted that they check with whomever responsible. A few hours later things were settled. 2- They did not know that my reservation was for 3 days so each day the room key was deactivated, I cannot get into my room and had to……
