We stayed as a group in this home during a group visit to Disney and Universal Studios. It was within walking distance to a number of stores and restaurants, which was convenient for quick trips for supplies. It was indeed a relatively short drive to either location, making more time for fun. The facilities were everything we needed, and the beds were comfy. I would definitely recommend this place to stay for larger groups for its location and amenities.

Great House for Disney Trip

This house definitely met our vacation needs. It’s well equipped and had plenty of room for our family of seven to spread out. Great Disney stay!

Stayed here with 4 adults 3 kids. 4 min drive from disney. There garage is converted into a game room which was awesome for the kids. Each room had towels for the stay. Lots of sleeping space. Down stairs bed room did have signs of termite damage in floor but we just didn’t go into that room.

Fantastic place to stay

We stayed for 6 days and it was perfect. plenty of space for the 5 of us - 4 teens and myself so we used all the bedrooms. the kitchen has everything you need. the only downside was the bbq didn't work. It was a selling point for me so that was a disappointment but the pool was lovely and everything was super clean and the neighborhood was quiet and very nice

Great stay for large family Disney trip

Check in was as easy as can be. Communication with LaDonna was great. The house was clean when we arrived. Plenty of room for our extended family trip. We were able to see the Disney fireworks from the house which was really cool. The game room was great and the kids loved the pool. Distance from Disney couldn’t be beat either!

Great for large groups

We had a group of 10 that traveled for a conference and the home was perfect. We were away most of the day, but were around at night to cook, enjoy the pool and even walk to downtown Disney to enjoy the fireworks. I will mention, that the fold out couches were thin and very uncomfortable, but the house met our needs in every other way and was perfect for our needs.

Best Family Disneyland stay

We really enjoyed our stay. It had all the amenities we needed. We ran into small issues and they were so quick to respond and handle all our requests. We loved the safety features available for small children. We were so impressed by how beautiful and comfortable to home was. It was perfect to watch the nightly fireworks. We decided not to walk since it was a little further than we wanted to walk late, but it was only a short uber ride away. Will stay again and recommend to all our family.

Wonderful house in Anaheim

We love the cleanliness and the beds. Swimming pool is great. Property management people were very responsive. 1 thing I wish the property should have: Coffee. There was a coffee machine but there was no coffee beans / grind coffee to use with the coffee machie . I stayed at many other places. There is always coffee for people to use during the stay. In general, the place is great and I Will stay there again.

The location was great for Disney. Easy access to expressways and close to grocery stores and restaurants. Pullout couches were a little thin and uncomfortable for an adult to sleep on, but the beds were very comfortable. We spent the last day enjoying the house…the pool table and pool came in very handy! Prompt responses when minor issues occurred. ❤️

Nice family home

We stayed here for a quick family trip to Disney and the local beaches. The sleeping spaces gave everyone a nice place to rest, and the dinning and living areas provided lots of places for people to eat and hang out together. The game room in the garage was also a nice plus. Close to Disney and not too far from the beach. Property management company was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We had an issue with the dishwasher flooding the kitchen and within 10 minutes of us reaching out, they had maintenance on the way to resolve the issue. Very happy with our stay here.

Overall very nice property. Nice pool for young teens. Close to all amenities including Disneyland and freeways. Only issue was the bed on the second floor squeaked and shook so badly - needs repair or replacement. Carpets on second floor should be replaced with flooring as they were very dirty.

Wonderful Home Away from Home!

If I could give it more stars I would! My family was more than comfortable during our stay in Anaheim. This location cannot be beat! We're thankful the home had two bedrooms on the main floor. My elderly grandmother vacationed with us. Initially, we assigned her the queen bed; however, it was too high for her to climb into. The full-sized bunk bed was a great alternative. We were able to see the Disneyland fireworks from the 2nd floor owner's suite. We'll certainly book again if ever in the area.

House is spacious and clean. There is a bunk room that needs work, It has water damage on the walkout door, frame and there is mold. Also, it may have been us but we were not able to get a couple of the tvs to work.
