Pets 🐶🐶🐶 - We allow pets and we charge $350 per pet per stay. —------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Early Check-in/Late Check out ⏰⏰⏰ Early check-in requests and late check out requests will be subject to approval. - For early check-in: 12 PM: $100 2 PM: $60 - For late check out: It is for free so long as we get confirmation from the cleaners and we have no back to back bookings. —------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- For stays 29 nights or more Guests will have to sign a rental agreement with us and will undergo background check and credit check as an additional requirement. —------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Mid-stay Clean 🧹🧹🧹 - Only a starter kit is provided to the guests in terms of essentials. If you’ll need me more, it’ll have to be at your expense. - We offer mid-stay clean for the same rate as your cleaning fee. This includes standard cleaning, changing of linens, disinfection and re-supplying the starter kit. —------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Lost and Found 🔍🔍🔍 - If you ever left an item behind and have requested to have it shipped, we will have to charge a $50 convenience fee + whatever is the shipping cost. —------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Additional Amenities/Special Request 🤚🏻🤚🏻🤚🏻 - For any requests such as an air mattress or Pack 'n Play, please inform us at least 48 hours prior to your check-in. This will allow us to adequately prepare for your arrival. Failure to provide this notice may hinder our ability to meet your expectations in a timely manner. Please READ the street signs to know when street cleaning days and regulations are because hosts are NOT responsible for guests’ parking tickets. —------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Maintenance 🧰🧰🧰 - Please note that we strive to maintain our home in excellent condition for every guest. Before making a reservation, we would like to inform you that our maintenance team conducts regular visits to perform tasks such as “servicing the pool”, "taking out the trash", "watering the grass" etc. Basically anything to maintain the house in a good condition. —------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Mailboxes 📫📫📫 - Per regulations, guests are not allowed to use the mailboxes on site. You may have Amazon packages delivered to the door and also use nearby post office boxes for mail. We would not be liable for any lost packages. —------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- # General House Rule: ~ Check in is NO earlier than 4:00 PM and check out is NO later than 11:00 AM. ~ Check in and check out time may change depending on the host's verbal or written approval. ~ Do not unplug our smart devices such as; cameras, noise devices, wifi devices etc. ~ Do not move our furniture. If you have to, please put it back the way you found it. ~ Do not litter around the neighborhood. ~ Third party booking must be disclosed explicitly. ~ For any violation listed in our additional house rules, we may charge a fee ranging from $300-$1000 depending on our cost or losses.
# Booking Requirements: ~ To ensure a great stay for you, we’ll send a few quick questions to the primary guest (the person who booked). This helps us make sure your plans align with our neighborhood and city guidelines. ~ To ensure everyone's safety and a smooth stay, the primary guest (the person who booked) will need to sign a waiver confirming responsibility and acknowledging important safety guidelines for using the water amenity. This waiver will be sent out after the booking is confirmed. If the primary guest prefers not to assume responsibility for the entire group, each guest will need to sign a separate waiver individually. ~ To ensure a smooth check-in, this requirement must be completed before your arrival. If you’re uncomfortable with it and decide to cancel, our standard cancellation policy will apply. We appreciate your understanding!
#Decorations: The decors are for your eyes only, do not touch the decors or play with the decors. Please do not touch the helmets in the main house. If you broke one of the helmet, guest will cover $500 of each for getting it replaced.
# Things to note: ~ Any house rule violations will be subject to cancellation with a refund based on our cancellation policy. We will be reasonable as much as possible to make this an overall great stay between the both of us.
# HVAC rules: ~ Please do not put the AC temp below 69 degrees as it may freeze up the pipes. This will cause the AC not to function well and may cause a leak in the drain pipes.
# Pet Rules ~ Service animals or Emotional support animals must be disclosed prior to your check-in or we’ll assume that you brought a pet and process an Airbnb claim. ~ Please do not leave your pets at the house without a crate. ~ Please pick up after your pets or we’ll have to charge and pay someone to do it after your stay with us.
# Hot Tub/Jacuzzi Rules ~ No use of the amenity after 9pm as it creates noise during night time. We are avoiding any possible neighbor complaints as much as possible! ~ Not Pets/Service Animal/ESA swimming in the Hot Tub/Jacuzzi.
