「I have stayed at this owner's properties a few times. Just like always, the house was clean and comfortable. A minor concern (sticky door lock from the salt air) was handled immediately with quick, clear communication and a personal visit. The owner even personally reached out when a severe thunderstorm would be coming through to warn us. My only advice is to use the mosquito spray they provide and follow the owner's directions for use immediately. The house is on the beach, but the grassy...

「If you are looking for somewhere beach front, clean, comfy, & relaxing, this is your place! Step out on the front porch and it was like you were sitting on the beach. Zero complaints about our stay. We would stay here again! The host stayed in contact before our trip & was quick to communicate upon our arrival. Provided very clear check in & check out information.」

「We brought our 11 month old on his first beach trip and the house had everything we needed. The beach is extremely close to the property. You have the option to drive or walk. We did the 1 minute short drive. We came on this trip after heavy rainfall and there was no high water, but lots of mosquitoes on the island as a whole, so bring bug spray. It really helps. I’d recommend this property to families of 3-4 or 2 couples! It was great for our family of 3.」

The owner had great communication and was forgiving when I missed check out time. We only stayed one night prior to our cruise but I definitely want to book again to enjoy the area and the property more!」

「We really enjoyed the house and the location -- just a quick walk or trolley ride to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The kiddos loved the heated pool and large dining room table where we were able to all eat together and play games as a whole group. We also enjoy the wrap around porch and grilling area.」

「Well maintained home - appeared fresh and clean. Nice open floor plan. We had a total of four adults (two couples), and it was perfect. The kitchen was well organized with everything we needed. We cooked breakfast and had coffee on the deck. Cooked burgers on the charcoal grill, and ate at the picnic table downstairs. Bug spray was a must, but we didn't mind. Very pleasant outdoors. We brought our bicycles, and road through the neighborhood streets, and passed only a few vehicles and golf carts....

「We enjoyed our stay. Just a couple of things to improve. The couch was not very comfortable. I would suggest a newer more comfy one to enjoy TV watching. Also, the thermostat was very confusing and difficult to operate. Otherwise it was great. Bedrooms were roomy and the bed was super comfortable. Backyard space was quiet and quite large. Decor was homey and inviting. Location made it easy to enjoy Galveston Home Tour.」
