“Rooms were clean and spacious. Showers were nice and hot. Hot tub and gym facilities were nice. Staff was super helpful. Swimming pool was cold but clean. Would’ve been great if the pool was heated. ”

We arrived late last night to find reception manned fortunately but totally uninviting and straight away alarm bells rang as to what the condition of our room would be like. “Sehr einfaches, aber sauberes und renoviertes Zimmer. Gut funktionierende Badaustattung und großzügige neue Badewanne. Bei den Zimmern zur Straße hört man manchmal abends die Musik aus der Taverne nebenan. Das Personal am Empfang ist außerordentlich freundlich. Man erreicht den Hafen zu Fuß in etwa 20 Minuten über die schöne Promenade am Meer. Der Bus 611 und 631 hält direkt vor dem Hotel und fährt zum Busbahnhof am Hafen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig, aber jeden Tag gleich. Brötchen……

“Awful. I would strongly warn people against staying here. I made the booking weeks in advance and upon arrival was told that I’d have to go elsewhere for the first night. I was told there was a problem with the rooms which was a lie. I found out that the hotel overbooked hence had to send numerous people elsewhere. I was taken to a hotel with an inconvenient location with nothing around, I’m appalled by the lack of structure and devotion to its customers. I’ve also historically stayed at Alvida……
