"We have rented many properties both on and off The Sea Ranch in this area and have never felt a need to provide a negative review of any of them. It is sad that this home, in such a fabulous location, is being neglected. Generally the house was clean however, a USED CONDOM WAS FOUND ON THE FLOOR OF BEDROOM #2! This is absolutely unacceptable, unsanitary and disgusting.The location and views are spectacular but it would appear that all but critical maintenance issues are being deferred. The hot tub enclosure has been damaged and open to the wind since at least 2023 making the enclosure unsafe and the hot tub basically unusable. Interior paint is in poor condition. Door stop is missing on master bath resulting in damaged wallboard. Furniture is getting tired. Exterior hose bibb handle is broken requiring operation with channel lock pliers left on the hose rack. For the price being charged, guests should expect better."
