I travel often and this was one of the nicest BnBs I’ve stayed in: it was spotless and had everything one could need — set on a beautifully landscaped property adjacent to woods and a short drive to downtown. Maria’s hospitality was second to none, and the rooms were so clean and my bed was incredibly comfortable — with just enough blankets to keep me warm and cozy but not too hot. In addition, Maria’s breakfasts were delicious and positively gourmet with perfect presentation! The inn is just a few miles outside of town, within a short drive of downtown. I definitely would love to stay here again. Thank you for the comfort and hospitality! Cannot wait to come back for another breakfast with great coffee!

My husband and I so enjoyed our recent stay at Maria’s. Our room was very spacious, very comfortable and nicely decorated. It was located on the ground floor facing a creek with a very quiet setting. The homemade breakfasts that Maria served were excellent with fresh fruit, eggs, sausage and an amazing French toast. In addition, we had some great conversations with Maria and her husband Robert sharing their history and so much local information on Alaska. This place is definitely a gem to stay at for travelers!

Maria’s Creekside B&B is an excellent place to stay. Such a beautiful home and the rooms are amazing; ver clean with a personal touch and feel. Very safe and peaceful area. The hosts are friendly and cook up a delicious homemade breakfast to your liking, along with homemade breakfast desserts. The great outdoors is right there for you to enjoy. I had a lovely walk on the nearby walking/bicycle path alongside the creek. I highly recommend Maria’s B&B.

The room was lovely in all details and spotlessly clean (especially the spacious bathroom). It was also very quiet. I have never stayed at a b&b with more attentive and welcoming staff--Maria and Robert are great! The breakfast was hot, fresh, made to order, and delicious--and even served on warmed plates! It was just my wife and me staying there, but if we had had children with us, it would have been fine--I would just have reminded them that we were in a beautiful place, and we needed to do our part to keep it that way!
