I liked the calm and relaxing atmosphere throughout the hotel. It felt like a very welcoming environment. The property also appeared very clean and well maintained. "Perfect place. In the old city in Hanoi. Friendly and helpful stuff. Clean room. Well equipped. Great shower. Excellent bed. We did not have breakfast because we left early. The staff prepared us coffee and breakfast bag to take with us on the way to the airport."

"Staff can speak English well, very friendly ,always prepare to provide services and helps. Room is clean, traditional style. Shower doesn't have curtain ( in one room). Hotel location is very good, 5 min walk to lake. Breakfast is delicious, has various of choices."
