Location: Welcome to our solution \"Porto delle Sirene\", a two-room apartment in the center of Ancona, along the main street, a few steps from restaurants, shops, supermarkets, etc. All destinations within walking distance, from services to the major attractions of the city, such as the Port, Piazza Cavour, Piazza del Papa.



Description: two-room apartment on the third floor of a historic building in the center. Living room with French sofa bed, dining table and chairs. Kitchenettes complete with hob, oven and refrigerator. Double bedroom. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Air conditioning in the living area and sleeping area. Pets allowed.



Self check-in - via box with keys for which a code will be provided on the day of arrival.

Prepayment by bank transfer within 7 days before arrival or by credit card on the day of arrival.



The price includes:

- rental

- water, electricity and gas consumption

- 24h on-site assistance

- initial and final cleaning

- the supply of bed linen and towels for all beds in the house
