My review will be as positive as possible; there is potential for the property, (i.e., enhancements include, but not limited to the following: extensive cleanliness of the room I visited; I did not stay, clearly due to its condition, furniture, bed, walls, curtains, bathroom, et al anomalies. The advertisement of a room at this property on Expedia did not truly exist. This concludes my review. It's my hope and prayer that this property will be visited by The DHEC, and The S.C. Restaurant and Lodging Association and perused for numerous recommended ameliorations. Much Success to o The Horizon Inn and Suites. Blessings.

This was by far the most disgusting hotel room I have ever been in my life. Mattress stained with urine, what looked like dip spit and other liquids lining the bottom of the beds, wall were sticky, not a single light in the whole room, door barely locked, there were black and molds in the bathroom sink, the toilet paper roll was covered in someone else’s urine, shower had questionable stains. I took a picture of most of the things. Me and my friend had to sleep in our cars because it was so disgusting. I would have understood more if it was 20$ a night but for 130$+ it was completely unacceptable. When asked for a refund they got extremely rude and had a sign out that emohasized no refunds. Booked a non smoking room and was told upon arrival that they sold out of the room I purchased. It was too late to book something else. One of the worst experiences of my life. I really wish I could attach photos.

the staff was super friendly but the hotel itself was bad. I booked a non smoking room and the room reeked of cigarettes. me and my friends got threatened by other guests staying there. saying they were gonna jump us for just walking. terrible experience. bathroom was dirty. the floor and the sheets were dirty. there was a cigarette burned hole on the sheet.
