「Property seems new in a new and upcoming area. However, without a vehicle is quite inconvenient. There were two restaurants across the street and a small shopping mall and gas station aroud the corner. People were friendly. The checkin process needs refining. We arrived on time and were repeatedly told to wait for someone to come and receive us and give us entry to the apartment. That person never showed up. In the end it turned out to be self-checkin. 「Room was cramped. extra charges for water useage beyond a certain level No Netflix hook up. Seemed there might have been an additional charge associated with TV useage. Hard to tell as unfortunately all communication and instructions were in Spanish. Yes, its Argintina but would have been nice to have a translation available 」

「The view was great overlooking the bay and (for now) there were no tall buildings in front, so I was very happy. However, don't expect too much in terms of cleanliness. The room I stayed in had a very hard time unlocking the front door, sandy floors, missing blinds, a slightly moldy bed, and a broken bedside light and USB port. This apartment might be a good choice for a large group, but if you're traveling alone like me, there are better options.」
