“The hotel was beautiful and the staff super helpful. The exterior walls are very thin and we had trouble sleeping because of all of the outside noise. The bed is also very hard.”

“ We enjoyed our one night stay and would love to come back! It is walking distance tona huge market, stores, vendors and restaurants. The coffee was wonderful, as was the breakfast. The staff was extremely courtious as well. One unique feature is that it is the only hotel in the world made entirely out of pumice (volcanic rock)”

“Andrés’ property is an absolute gem in the heart of Okd Town. The place is more beautiful than what’s shown in the listing. The courtyard is absolutely gorgeous. All the living rooms were beautiful with bouquets fresh flowers. Communication with Andres was easy and smooth. His staff, Carmen, Maria and Fernando were great! We all thoroughly enjoyed the stay. “Driver met us at the airport and brought us to the VRBO for only 35. The owner was there to greet us and give excellent information about the villa, surrounding area, and old town Quito. The place is very impressive. The Villa has everything you need. They offer laundry at 10 a load and they do all the work, returning everything folded.
