「Centrally located, clean, spacious room, and quite affordable prices.」

「Sadly my room was dirty (dusty) when I arrived. I had booked 6 rooms and in 5 of the rooms the air con did not work. In one of the rooms there were no shower gel or shampoo in the bottles int he shower, unprofessional and annoying when you're already in the shower! Also I am not sure I understand why in a nearly empty hotel we were given rooms facing the back 'garden' (ie other buildings) when lots of rooms would have been available with a better view. Overall we had an ok stay but one thing is...

「這是一次相當舒適的體驗，員工服務態度相當不錯，房間寬敞明亮，遠眺城市景觀，能見到對面山頂的白雪，只可惜進大門處沒有拖拉行李的坡道，但是樓下的飲水，糖果及水果等也足以彌補旅途的勞累，👍😊」

「櫃台服務人員很親切有禮貌，讓人覺得很舒服。 早餐也不錯，尤其當一邊用餐一邊看著窗外飄著雪的時候。 旅館在老安道爾最繁榮的大街上，所以逛街購物用走路就可以完成。 一樓大廳有燒著木頭的壁爐，讓來自沒有下雪地區的我們特別有感覺。」

「All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the reception staff. The 3-level rooms in historial building is very nice. We have an wonderful birthday trip in Andorra. 」

「+: good equipment, clean room, in the center of commercial area so if you like shopping it is perfect location. -: the location is too noisy and crowded, so not good for people who want to have a relax trip. the staff who welcome us never smiles; she seems just want to finish talking with us as soon as possible, and she did not look at our eyes at all during the talk.」

「You’re not able to get ice. Unless you want to blocks to a different hotel. They won’t bring it to you. Air conditioning was turned off. You had to sleep with the Windows open. It was extremely hot in the room. We had requested wake up and a taxi. And when we went downstairs, they said no taxes for today. It’s too early in the morning but we had to leave in the 630 bus. So we ended up having to walk 5 to 6 bucks with luggage at 5:15 in the morning. It was really terrible. Don’t book off-season...
