「We stayed here with our 13,11 and 2 yr old boys and everyone had the best time! The location of the tree house has complete privacy and is right on the River which was a huge added bonus. We are already talking about maybe coming back next year. Only “heads up” is the “kitchen” sink is more of a dribble so washing any dishes is a long process but… your in a treehouse 」

「If you want incredibly quiet, this is your place. About 4 miles from Wellsville, this rustic cabin is secluded in the woods. It is older and well worn but sturdy. A lovely deck for reading and relaxing or having coffee. We did not cook food but the small kitchenette is sufficient. Towels and some small toiletries are included. Parking is nearby. And no bears!」

「Our family loved our stay. The cottage is beautiful inside and out. We booked due to the location between Letchworth and Stony Brook State Parks for our hiking vacation and were pleasantly surprised to find out there were miles of trails through the forest behind the cabin included with the property. 「My family recently stayed at this lovely retreat. The photos do not give justice to this place. It is minutes from town, but makes you feel as though you are much further out. The cabin is meticulously maintained with all of the basics you need in the kitchen and bathroom. The pond is stocked with fish and the fire pit is ready to go.
