Hi Matthew, thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that we ran out of bacon during shift change. We were not on top of our A game, that's not usually us. Some mornings are busier than others. We do apologize. I do understand waiting 15 minutes for more food can be frusterating when you are already in a hurry. We do apologize for that as well as the miscommunication that happened between you and the front desk. I can confirm that was not her intentions at all to upset you or dismiss your feelings. Hope you give us another chance.

We have it set up that way so when guests get in late they can flip the switch the light on. For future stays, you can always unplug the lamp from the clock and put it in the outlet right next to it. Hi Lori, thank you for mentioning the cleanliness of our hotel. I am so sorry to hear that your a/c was making noises all night. I wish you would of let us know, so that we could have given you a free upgrade next door. But I completely understand how tired you must of been. We are so sorry for this inconvenience. We want all our guests to have a wonderful stay here, and that's why we are so grateful that you brought this to our attention. We immediately had a technician come fix the a/c compressor. If you are ever back in town I do hope you will give us another chance.
