Hi Susan, I understand your concern and we regret we didn't have an opportunity while you were here to ease that concern. Our hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. We do offer after hours express for your convenience as well as after hours on-call. We are available to our guests. The manager received an after hours call from you on our business cell phone. The manager asked for your permission if she could text you from the same business phone you called from Eagle's Dens Suites. The manager ask for you to respond with a copy of your Driver's License. You agreed to do so with no expression of concern. We definitely would have accommodated your concern had we'd known. Your driver's license is placed in our reservation system taken directly from the business cell phone. We only asked to verify with your driver's license upon check in to ensure your identity for your reservation. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and our accommodations.
