Cannot give a perfect score because of the shower experience: scalding hot or freezing cold, was unable to find a comfortable middle, also the shower floor is slick and slippery. It would have been nice to have body lotion, none provided. Food at Maison M restaurant was pretty good, awesome and generous breakfast, but uneven service. Overall very good experience, glad we stayed.”

“I stayed in this hotel 5 years ago, it was very nice and clean, that’s the reason I choose this hotel again. But this time my stay were not good, firstly the room is not clean, especially the bed. Secondly the smell of the room is bad, the sofa is stinking. Thirdly, the stuff are not nice and polite. Fourthly, the bathroom hot water is not stable, when you take shower, the water sometimes very hot and suddenly become very cold. I don’t think I’ll choose this hotel again. ”

“I paid through Expedia for a room described as grand apartment and the listing showed photos of the room ….when we arrived the room we were given it was from a lower category. I looked on Expedia and the exact photos of the room we were given on Expedia showed a lower price (and listed as a different category) than I paid. When asked if we were given wrong room they said all rooms were same category and same price so not sure why I paid more for what i received…was a bit disappointed as I……

“This was new to me because I never rented an apartment hotel before. The host is not present at the vicinity but communication is done over the phone. However there is security guard who performs the paperwork. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay”
