Wonderful ski trip

We had a wonderful family ski trip. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. The view was amazing and the property management answered us immediately with any of our questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this property!

Isolation

The location was sited among several other cabins visible through the trees; however, I never saw another human in the neighborhood. The facility was well taken care of and had some provisions we were not expecting. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the location as one well suited to getting away from urban locations.

This was our fifth vacation and third house with Cheryl in Angel Fire and she once again showed why Mountain Serenity is the best. Minor issues are resolved quickly and communication is top notch. And Forest Grove is a quiet, clean property perfect for families with kids (though we didn’t have any).

2025 Mardi Gras Mountain Trip

Cabin was away from crowds but a 5 minute drive to ski resort. It was very clean and just what we were looking for. Had a nice view off front deck. If you like to drive around and site see, the higher we drove up mountain the prettier view got. Seeing a herd of mule deer, a herd of elk and flock of turkeys walking through the cabin’s yard on different days while on our stay was worth the price of admission!

Great spot for family fun

The cabin was clean and well organized. The kitchen had almost everything we needed. Appliances were new and dishware was plentiful. Beds were comfortable. I loved the desk upstairs and we all enjoyed the foosball table! Management was responsive (there were no issues just a question or two.). The access to several trails was close but up one steep hill. We enjoyed the hikes. Saw turkeys, deer and a bear (next door!) which thrilled the kiddos. Would happily stay here again.

The property was wonderful. Wonderful area with great views. Spacious and comfortable. Loved that there was wood for the fireplace for these chilly nights. Absolutely love the deck with plenty of comfortable seating available. Grill was wonderful for our steak night. Kitchen fully stocked for cooking.

We enjoyed our stay, and would gladly return and recommend to others! The fall colors were on full display, and wonderful weather! The property management was very prompt with communications and very attentive. The management explained before rental the "cable/satellite" TV was not actually the case ... rather, a Roku TV with streaming. Also, we were glad to hear that the carpeting is due for replacement. FYI, this is not in the management's control, but know that the streets in the neighborhood are unpaved and very dusty -- don't bother cleaning your car until you leave. And, getting into and out of Angel Fire, expect significant roadwork delays from any direction. But, all in all, we give it a 5 out of 5 rating!
