This hotel is like our second home. Everything is perfect for our needs. Great staff, service, food and location. The only thing we really hope that they would add is a self service laundry room. It would be a great help especially for long term stays.

Very short walk to SM Clark, which was very convenient. The hotel was clean and smelled nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was that renovations were being done during our stay, which was a bit disruptive and took away from the overall relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again.

Location was perfect because everything you need will be in the mall right across the hotel. Everybody was so helpful too. My daughter was not feeling well when we checked in so I needed help with the luggage. The front desk associated wheeled our luggage himself. It's those little things that matter. Thank you.

Breakfast was a buffet style set up they would please any type of palette. The SM mall is only a few steps away for your shopping convenience.

The room was clean and comfortable with a very practical layout. The bed was firm and comfortable as well. The only thing bothersome was the dim lighting, and the open closet had a motion activated light that shut off every 20 seconds. Also, a microwave oven would be handy to have
