This atypical 80m2 apartment reserves the right to surprise you. Let yourself be guided between convivial moments and relaxation in its large living area of 40m2.

Fully equipped open kitchen: Gas stove with professional oven, wine cooler, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine (SENSEO), air conditioning and fan.
Bedroom with a large double bed with table and iron.

Bathroom: bathtub, hairdryer with separate WC.
Paid and difficult parking in the surrounding streets.
Paid underground Fleur d'eau Parking 40m from the accommodation.
Rochefoucauld Parking 10 minutes walk away.
