"One of the best stays our family has had in recent years! The home is incredibly spacious, with a huge fridge and everything you could possibly need. Very dog-friendly, which we loved, and we made full use of the tennis court every single day.The host has truly thought of everything and was very attentive throughout. Great location too—walking distance to everything you need.Highly recommend!"

"We needed a family stay for our crew of 6 and one toddler for a family wedding in Anglesea . This home was perfect- really well appointed with every little thing we may have needed. Super comfy, nice beds, extras in the pantry as needed and immaculately clean.its up the back streets of Anglesea but a short drive to shops and beach- walkable in 15 mins - would recommend and will return. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was extremely well equipped, clean and spacious. The description was exactly as seen in the photos. We were able to take our dog, the backyard was fully secured and he loved wondering out there. Entry was easy and the host was accessable. I would highly recommend this stay. "

"Host interaction was very difficult, I believe their customer service is offshore, so they can not actually answer your questions at all. The may as well not have customer service as they were not helpful one bit. I found out linen was not provided 2 days prior to the stay, when I called them to find out exactly what linens I needed to provide myself (bedsheets and towels, or duvet covers as well?), she just continued to repeat that no linen was provided but could not be specific about what I needed to bring. She then gave me a random mobile phone number for the cleaner and suggested I can organise my own linen hire if I wish- what is the point in having a host if they don’t organise these things on your behalf? They were completely uselessThe house itself was filthy, hadn’t been vacuumed, hair in the shower, and dead ants everywhere including on the beds. The house was run down, taps falling off the wall, gaps in doorways allowing bugs etc to come inside. "
