"Best hotel on Terceira Island. I booked this for my wife’s birthday and bought our two young children and we were amazing by the service and high quality of the hotel. The location is perfect for getting anywhere you want to as it is in the center and for a hotel that has just been renovated the standard is incredibly high. The warmth and excellent hospitality was evident from the moment we entered. They even were kind enough to leave my wife a birthday cake in our room and put her birthday flowers in a vase. The suite itself had a very spacious feel and a separate room for us to use to relax in once we had put the children to bed. Jeff, the owner was incredibly kind to our family and made us feel incredibly welcome here. A lovely home away from home feeling. The breakfast was incredible too with delicious fresh pastries from the bakery. We would highly highly recommend you choose this place as your next place to stay on the beautiful Island."

"We stayed in 3 different properties during our trip, and while the property needs tic, the staff was amazing. We had a mishap with our inter island flight we were able to get in the night before, our room had the loft with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms and a great view. To top it off, bfast was included but we would miss it the day of our departure, but the arranged for us a lunch box which was a special gesture that most hotels don’t do! The property is a perfect location and has amazing potential with some renovations. "

"The pictures do not do this place justice. This place is amazing. The rooms are clean, spacious and very inexpensive compared to what you get. I would expect to pay $300-500 per night in a major US city for these rooms and we paid ~$150 per night. The staff is super helpful and the restaurant has amazing food and service. Highly recommended!"

"Great stay! Super helpful receptionist, awesome tourist map of the island pointing out all kinds of hot spots and important information. Shower overflows if you take too long though as it doesn’t drain quickly and the water spills out onto the floor…. Seems to be a consistent thing for all of Portugal though and it was the best feeling shower I had throughout all my trip. "
