The staff are very nice and polite. But they have atleast 30-40 refugees staying at the hotel for extended stay of more than 40 days and they are all over all of the floors, camping in common areas. They have layed rugs in common areas and sit and hang out. I hated my stay there and it also made the hotel very noisy and crowded.

This property is located in the center of Ankara with lots of options for food and drinks in the walkable distance. The hotel itself is okay but every time I showered the water overflowed into the bathroom floor causing a flood like situation. We stayed for about a week but not once did we get any house
