不滿：整潔度、設施服務和住宿狀況
Cancelled my booking to double the price and make me rebook. Room was disgusting (happy to provide photos, blood stained towels, stains on mattress and curtains, asked to change room whilst changing rooms staff member entered the room I was in the process of moving out from tool the dirty pillow I was previously laying on didn't change the pillow case and then gave it to another room (they had kids too) as if it was clean. After that point I slept every night in full clothing .. fruit in breakfast was almost mould and the entire hotels smell of stagnant water/sewage. Door handle was falling off in my room almost locked myself in.. need I say more ?
