"Location was great for our weekend activities in Newton. Room was better than expected... comfortable beds, clean and functional bathroom fixtures, AC and refrigerator were ice cold. Free breakfast was a bonus. Will stay here again."

"I liked that the property was close to the sky walk. Areas that need improvement: rugs in both bathrooms, needed nonslip covers in both tubs, more towel rods or hooks in bathroom to hand robes and towels, both rooms need nightstands, and main living area needed a table."

Great overnight for our team during a 2-day Camp
"There was a lot of room to spread out. Three bathrooms was a big bonus. Had a great space in the living room for our team meeting, and everyone liked hanging out together in the spacious basement. Enjoyed breakfast all together, with plenty of seating. Nice to have Hy-Vee nearby to grab breakfast ..."
