"Croaches in the room, dirty bed sheets. Non smoking room but smell like a smoking room. Staffs are not profession. They treat you like treating prisoner or criminal. May be that how most of thier customer been there and continues stay there are used to it, they may have some background that cause the management treat new client as they been treating thier existing clients.
