“This is a fantastic rental for anyone wanting to stay in the Dublin area, but in a quieter neighborhood outside of the city. It is a short walk to the train station for getting into Dublin, but also close to two small local towns that have all the amenities anyone could need. The host, Karen, was also wonderful and very responsive. ”

“The location is in the countryside with 40 shades of green all around. The location served as our base for exploring Glendalough, which was one of the top places to see on our 3-week trip, as well as Powerscourt Gardens, Waterfall, and other attractions such as Lough Tay and the bridge from the movie, "P.S. I Love You". My wife loved the washer/dryer in the apartment. ”

“Beautiful place to stay. Hospitality was exceptional. Karen helped us tremendously. Spacious room, modern furniture, very comfortable bed, and lovely kitchen with new appliances. It had everything we needed and more. Location is nice, but I think it would have been better and easier to have a car. A bit remote, although you can walk easily to a small village for pizza, and a few groceries. Make sure you have the pin # for the taxi beforehand. “I have never before written such a detailed review for anywhere we have stayed. However, this Home deserves it.Overall, the home is phenomenal. The views from the sitting room and the master bedroom are wonderful. The balcony views overlooking Dublin Bay and Dalkey island are beautiful. The sun rising over the ocean is warm and lovely. The secret locked path to the road below allows you to quickly walk down to a local swimming site (Vico)or a bit farther down the road to 238 stairs up to……

“Stayed for a week with family. Place was nice. Could use some more kitchenware and linens. Freezer needed to be thawed but we worked around that. Close to the Luas Tram which was very handy. If you have more than one car, there is no place to park it. ”

“While this location is a bit away from Dublin, where we came to watch the NFL game, everything about this place is well worth it. The property itself offers breathtaking views.
