You will reach the Lake and the Paquier (large expanse of grass on the edge of the lake) in less than 10 minutes on foot.

Discover a charming apartment, ideal for 2 people, 1 bathroom with toilet.

The room is equipped with a double bed 140x200 cm (Double).
The living room is equipped with a TV with multiple channels.
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and coffee machine.

The accommodation is on the 3rd floor with elevator.

🅿️ Parking side you will easily find space to park your vehicle in the common and secure parking of the building.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, it has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage, rehabilitate its old quarters, to restore all their transparency to the waters of the lake by works often cited as an example and bloom its canals to which it owes its name of "Venice of the Alps".

Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can move on foot throughout your stay.
Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path runs around the lake).

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged.

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.

Séjour appréciable, appartement COSY, très belle cuisine. appartement plutôt bien situé, un peu dérangeant le soir très tard et le matin très tôt à cause du restaurant le Pen juste en dessous.
